Delivery

City Office Furniture have showrooms in Chester, Warrington, Hull and Harlow, UK. There is a £10 charge for desk installation.  There is a £15 charge for flat pack storage & furniture assembly / installation. Prices are per item and exclude VAT.  All delivery costs will be calculated at time of placing an order.  Standard delivery available across the UK.  All deliveries are curb side drop off only, unless otherwise agreed.  Some exclusions may apply. Collection from our showrooms is welcome

Pallet Delivery Service (covering the UK & Ireland)

We can ship using a pallet delivery service to the UK and Ireland.  The delivery cost is calculated after receiving your quotation request.  We will respond within 1 working day with a price.

Our Delivery Service (within 75 mile radius of showrooms)

We run a delivery service using our own vans, covering up to a 75 mile radius from each showroom.  Some exclusions may apply – contact us for details.

General

In accordance with normal transport practices all goods will be delivered to the goods inwards department or reception on the ground floor. Off-loading details must be provided when placing an order. If further transfer or installation is required, particularly for large and heavy items, this must be requested prior to delivery and an additional charge will apply. A signed consignment note constitutes delivery of goods. Please check that the number of boxes received, corresponds with the delivery note before signing.
