Request a quote online: Add items to the basket and checkout. You won't need to pay immediately because your order is a non-binding quotation request. We will respond to you within the next working day to confirm delivery costs and total price. Should you wish to proceed, you can pay via the methods below (including card payments by Telephone).
Payment methods: Debit Cards, Credit Cards, BACS Transfer, Cheque, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Cash On Collection, Cash On Delivery.
Pay by phone: If you don't want to use checkout, just call us to place your order on the telephone numbers below. Lines are open 9am - 5:30pm Monday-Thursday, 9am-5pm Friday, 10am - 3pm Saturday.

Delivery / Collection:
You can collect from one of our showrooms by contacting them to arrange a suitable date / time.
Nationwide Delivery Available. If you reside with a 75 mile radius of our showrooms in Harlow, Hull, Chester & Warrington we deliver using our own transport service.
If you are outside the 75 mile radius of our showrooms, we also offer to ship by courier or a pallet delivery service, covering the UK and Northern Ireland. Delivery estimates are provided after receiving your quotation request. We offer low rates for pallet delivery and can fit multiple items onto one pallet (for example flat-packed desks), saving cost and ensuring safe delivery. See examples of how much we can fit onto pallets here.
European Orders: We now accept orders from Europe, but do not offer delivery via courier. Customers can send their own transport to collect from one of our UK showrooms. This can be arranged after we have received your quotation.
City Office Furniture have showrooms in Chester, Hull and Harlow, UK. There is a £10 charge for desk installation. There is a £15 charge for flat pack storage & furniture assembly / installation. Prices are per item and exclude VAT. All delivery costs will be calculated at time of placing an order. Standard delivery available across the UK. All deliveries are curb side drop off only, unless otherwise agreed. Some exclusions may apply.
